1. Nature of the offer
The AI CBT package is being offered as a voluntary gift to eligible schools that express interest and meet the stated requirements. Submission of the form does not automatically guarantee acceptance, installation, delivery, or activation. Opewins IT Solutions Ltd. may assess requests and determine the practical arrangements for each participating school.
2. Eligibility requirements
- The school must have at least three computer systems available for the intended CBT setup.
- The school must submit accurate and complete information through the official Expression of Interest Form.
- Opewins IT Solutions Ltd. may request reasonable clarification of the details provided before confirming participation.
3. Transportation, setup and other costs
The software package itself is offered free of charge under this gift programme. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, the offer does not mean that transportation, computer repairs or upgrades, networking, electricity or backup power, internet service, installation visits, training, or other third-party expenses are also free. Schools outside Ibadan are responsible for making agreed arrangements to transport relevant computer systems or may coordinate with nearby schools to share transportation costs.
4. Maintenance and technical support
Ongoing maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, training, and technical support are not guaranteed or compulsory obligations of Opewins IT Solutions Ltd. or its staff, agents, affiliates, or other service providers. Any support that may be provided is subject to availability and any separate arrangement agreed by the parties. No school should assume that continuous maintenance or support is included for the lifetime of the software.
5. Software use and availability
The package is provided for the school's educational and examination purposes. Features may vary according to the software version, equipment, configuration, and setup. Offline examination functionality applies to supported configurations; initial setup, question preparation, synchronisation, updates, or other optional functions may require connectivity depending on the implementation. Schools are responsible for testing the system and keeping suitable backups before using it for important examinations.
6. School responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and school information.
- Use the software lawfully and supervise access to school and student data.
- Ensure that the computers and other equipment used are suitable and adequately protected.
- Maintain independent backups of questions, results, and other important records.
- Check exam settings, question content, and results before relying on them for official decisions. AI-generated or AI-formatted content should be reviewed by an authorised educator.
7. Data and communications
The details submitted in the Expression of Interest Form will be used to acknowledge the submission, assess the request, and communicate about the programme. The school representative confirms that they are authorised to provide the contact information submitted. Contact information should be accurate and kept up to date.
8. Changes, suspension or withdrawal
Because this is a voluntary gift programme, Opewins IT Solutions Ltd. may modify eligibility, processes, features, availability, or programme arrangements, or may suspend or discontinue the programme at any time. Nothing in these terms creates a guarantee of permanent access, future upgrades, ongoing support, or a continuing commercial relationship.
9. No guarantee of specific outcomes
The package is intended to assist schools with digital examination activities. It does not guarantee increased enrolment, revenue, academic performance, error-free operation, or savings of a particular amount. Results depend on each school's implementation, facilities, staff, and use of the system.
10. Acceptance
By ticking the acknowledgement box on the Expression of Interest Form and submitting it, the representative confirms that they have read and understood these terms and wish to submit the school's interest on that basis.
